I did survey about weight and stress. My hypothesis is exercise is in important in order to decrease stress and lose weight. I was wondering about stress’s effects and whether exercise could help to decrease stress and lose weight, especially for university students. So Azam and I did our survey at SIUC’s student center. We collected 25 surveys. People were very kind and answered very carefully.
I was interested that most Americans students did exercise to decrease stress and lose weight. They mostly did cardio, swim and jogging. I asked them why those exercises helped to decrease stress and lose weight. They answered to me that is because when they did those exercises, they could forget their worries and anxiety. Also, I predicted most Americans knew exercise could help to decrease stress and lose weight. But they didn’t do exercise; Because, I thought, they were too busy for do exercise. However, my results were different from my expectation. 80% of American students did exercise to decrease stress and lose weight. So I tried to do exercise. I wanted to make sure that exercises were really helpful. I went to the Recreation center and I did jogging for an hour. I learned from this that jogging was really hard so I didn’t think about my stress. After I finished exercise, I felt refreshed and cool. Thus, I learned exercise’s positive effects for my hypothesis.
After I finished the survey, I thought it would be good to study well-being exercise areas in the future. It would be a suggestion for people who have read this. My suggestions are to exercise regularly and that short exercise can help avoid stress. If you do exercise regularly, you will have good condition body and reduce your stress. Also, you don’t have stretching or stair climbs. It can help avoid stress. I could learn about my topic that that was exercise’s positive effects. Exercise is important in order to decrease stress and lose weight that would really help people. If I make a survey next time, I will add more questions for my hypothesis. In addition, I will make questions more clearly and more specifically. It will give good information about my hypothesis.

Summary:
According to the article, a total amount of the money that the author could collect is $1.6 million for the project, which is an obesity preventing plan springing up. The boss of the project and the health side, who is Jennifer, said, the main parameter that leads to disease is disease control. Also, must be approved by the Project on the status of the community. Moreover, since obesity is complicated and she did not know her way, a report of several important efforts in the area and confirmed that the project successful and that they did not expect success or not. They are enthusiastic in working on it and have enough time in which to work. They want to work on the program quickly; three states participate in this program and expect success in it, including a competition-taking place. The program combines three companies or three regions, and these areas for the first time participate in one program. In the past year Health Department received 400 000 dollars to prevent obesity in children, and this happened three years ago. In this year they have been trying to educate teachers and families and the health agents who work with children. These contributions will be used to detect problems that cause obesity in children.
Reaction:
I really like this kind of software because it will attempt to reveal the reasons that cause the disease of obesity. I liked the three members who also compete in the detection of success in this Project, and the whole world could use the benefits of this project; it is very nice to have the ability of avoiding diseases from the human beings. I hope that one day I will have this ability to do the same kind of projects to be a helpful person in this world. However, it will take a lot of time and effort to reach that ability of science and knowledge to create a project like the author’s one. In this article there are many things that attract people in ensuring the health of their bodies and try to control the food that feeds their bodies, and that makes almost all the people in the world eat and drink safely.

Summary:

According to this article, there are problems in some schools categorize the cause of a sport physical. Moreover, it may be requested by some customers who are working in the Department that they tour schools and examine the conditions that occur there. And they found that there is manipulation in times of sports class. Also, it has been inventoried at the time of classes was organized time to share the sport. Furthermore, It has been suggested that participation in sports class is low. It has been analyzed for some reports that the sport is important for this age of students.


Reaction:


I think if it was organized as a gym and had a specialized teachers in the field of health and sports they would be compatibility between them and students in schools and this they would be the majority of students engaged in sports. Furthermore, if the agenda was organized for students to practice a kind of sport in school, there will be a challenge for all students to overcome their opponents in the second panel. This is due to the lectureship that organizes a schedule of games that stimulate encouraging students to participate.

Survey discussion

I did survey about weight and stress. I was wondering stress effects especially university students. So I did my survey at SIUC students center. They were very kind and answered very carefully. It was helpful to my hypothesis that Exercise is important in order to decrease stress and lose weight. I surprised most students did exercise for decrease stress and lose weight. They mostly did cardio, swim and jogging. I interested why those exercises could help to decrease stress and lose weight. They answered to me that is because when they did those exercises, they could forget their worries and anxious. They thought it could help to reduce their stress. Also, I did exercise too. I wanted to make sure that exercises were really helpful to decrease stress and lose weight. So I went to Recreation center and I did jogging an hour. In my opinion, It could help to decrease stress. That is because jogging was really hard and made me tired. I sweated a lot so I didn't think about my stress. After I finished exercise, I felt refresh and cool. I was sure exercises could help to decrease stress and lose weight. In addition, I analyzed my survey results and my experiences. The result was very interesting. My hypothesis was right. 90% of american students believed exercise could help to decrease stress and lose weight. Also, 80% of university students did exercise for decrease stress and lose weight. I learned exercise was good to students and exercise could lead to better life. That is because exercise could reduce stress. It will be good to students. In short, I did survey for my hypothesis. It was right and It could prove exercise positive side. Many students decreased their stress and lost their weight though exercise. The survey project was nice experience to me and very helpful to me.

Summary

This article is talking about stress can cause obese and how to they work. These days, many people suffer stress day to day. Deadlines, bills, homework, test. Most of things are stressful to the people. The author said it can increase our appetite. When we faced stress, our body responded fight or flight. Our body released chemical hormones which called cortisol. It helps to increase energy and it into glucose. In addition, it moves to muscle. So you can get power. But it can also move fat especially your abdomen. So you can obese easily when you faced stress. Also, eating comfort foods are helpful your brain and body. It makes you feel relax and comfortable. But they have a lot of carbohydrates so you can get easily fat.


Reaction

Through this article, I can learn about how stress affects to people and how our bodies react when we suffer stress. After I read this article, I know what the author said, which is that when we suffer stress, our body release hormones that are not helpful to our body sometimes. These hormones can cause obese. Because they give energy to us but they also move to their energy into fat. Also, I agreed that we can get easily fat when we feel stress. It cause desire to eat. So we eat a lot and get diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure. For example, when I felt stress, I ate a lot. I ate comport food. It made me feel happy and relax. Also, many women ate chocolates and candies when they felt stress. Because chocolates and candies have sugar, it can reduce our stress. I think stress can cause obese and sometimes we tend to eat a lot of food for reduce stress. And it causes fat and many diseases to us.

Summary
This article is talking about women continuing their commitment to weight loss. Nowadays, many women want to be slim. So when New Year’s is coming, they wish to lose weight or make some exercise schedule for losing weight. But many women failed to lose weight. That is because a nutritionist said, diet loses fat and muscle but when you gain your weight, you get only fat. Also, some women had gastric bypass surgery for losing weight. Fimea had that surgery for her health and losing weight. Thus, she almost reached her goal.

Reaction
Through this article, I can learn about why women continue their commitment to weight loss and what they do for losing weight. After I read this article, I know what the author said, which is that women felt humiliated when they have problems because of fat. Fat is not good for their health and they just want to be happy life without fat. Also, I agree that diets can help you lose fat and muscle, but when you gain weight, you gain only fat. So we need exercise. For example, models usually ate too little food. They ate some vegetables and juice. When they felt hungry, they smoked. When they quit their job or have break time, they eat a lot of food. They get only fat. Also, I learned through this article, some women had gastric bypass surgery for losing weight. That is because they could not handle their desire to eat. Furthermore, I know that surgery can help women and can decrease their weight. I think that surgery helps women who can not control their desire to eat but it will be dangerous.
